Whistleblowing – Reporting of Serious Misconduct

Suohki is committed to compliance with applicable laws, ethical business practices, and responsible conduct. In accordance with the EU Whistleblower Protection Directive and related national regulations, Suohki provides a reporting channel for individuals to raise serious concerns in a secure and confidential manner.

 

Scope of Reportable Concerns

This reporting channel may be used to report serious misconduct, including but not limited to:

  • Violations of laws, regulations, or regulatory obligations
  • Corruption, bribery, fraud or financial misconduct
  • Health, safety, or environmental risks
  • Human rights violations or risks within our operations or supply chain
  • Serious breaches of internal policies, ethical standards, or governance obligations

The channel is not intended for minor employment-related issues that can be addressed through ordinary internal procedures.

 

Who May Report

Reports may be submitted by employees, contractors, suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders who have obtained information through their work-related activities connected to Suohki.

Reports may be submitted with the reporter’s identity or anonymously by omitting personal details.

 

Confidentiality and Data Protection

All reports will be handled with strict confidentiality. Access is restricted solely to the designated recipient. Personal data will be processed only to the extent necessary for assessing and investigating the report, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

 

Protection Against Retaliation

Suohki strictly prohibits any form of retaliation, discrimination, or adverse treatment against individuals who report concerns in good faith. Reporters are protected even if the information later proves to be unfounded, provided it was submitted honestly.

 

Assessment and Follow-up

All reports will be assessed promptly and, where appropriate, investigated. Documentation and recordkeeping will follow applicable legal requirements.
